The Momentum Engine · FAQ

Every question, answered straight.

Process, timeline, what's included, payment, and the thinking underneath it all. If it's not here, the last section tells you how to reach me.

01 — Process

How it works.

What actually happens after I book?+

You put down your deposit, and that kicks off onboarding. You'll get an intake to work through — it surfaces the core of your business, and I review it before we meet so our session goes straight to the deep stuff. Then we do your N&CA session, I build everything from it, you review and approve, and we go live with a recorded walkthrough so you know how everything works. That's the whole arc: deposit → intake → session → build → launch.

What's the N&CA, and do I need to prepare?+

The N&CA — Narrative & Conversion Architecture — is where your strategy gets extracted. It starts with the intake (take your time with it; that's the raw material). Then we spend a focused 2.5 hours together going deep — not surface questions, since I've already been through your intake and know where to dig. No prep beyond the intake. You just show up and talk. Think of it like what you do with your own clients: I'm finding the goal behind the goal, the patterns you're too close to see yourself.

How involved do I need to be?+

Minimally, by design. You show up for the intake, the session, and the approvals. That's it. Everything else — the brand, the website, the copy, the Offer Ecosystem — I build. This is fully done-for-you; your job is to bring the thinking only you have, and mine is to turn it into architecture that sells.

What if we need more than one session?+

Then we schedule another one. If your intake surfaces enough that one session won't cover it, we'll grab a second — I'd rather get it right than cram it into one and rush the extraction. No extra charge for that; it's part of getting the foundation right.

How do revisions work?+

Once the full build is ready, you review it as a whole, then we handle revisions in grouped rounds on a set schedule — so the timeline stays controlled and nothing drags. You'll need to be available and responsive during your build window, since the pace depends partly on your turnaround.

What does the handoff look like?+

We go through your finished site together, live, and I screen-record it — your actual site, your actual questions. You keep that recording, so you're never stuck wondering how something works. Plus Mara (more on her below) is there for anything that comes up after.

02 — Timeline

The timeline.

How long does the whole thing take?+

Three weeks, start to finish. It moves that fast because it's fully done-for-you — the strategy, brand, copy, website, and Offer Ecosystem are built as one connected pipeline, not handed between departments. The one variable is your responsiveness during the revision rounds.

When can I start?+

I book three months at a time, so start dates depend on the current window. Once you book, your deposit holds your spot.

What could make it take longer?+

Mainly your turnaround during revisions. The build itself moves fast; the main variable is how quickly we cycle through the review rounds together.

03 — Deliverables

What you get.

What exactly do I get?+

The short version: your full strategic foundation (the N&CA and everything it produces), your complete brand, a custom website, done-for-you copy, and a custom Offer Ecosystem for one core offer — plus support and the recorded handoff. The full breakdown is in the "what's included" summary on the offer page.

Is the copy really done-for-you, or do I write anything?+

Fully done-for-you. Every word is written for you, sourced from your N&CA and Brand Doctrine, so it reads like a preview of being coached by you — not like generic coaching copy. You approve a sample first, so you're confident in the direction before the full build.

What's the Offer Ecosystem, and what do I populate myself?+

It's a contained world built around one core offer — everything someone needs to say yes, in one place, instead of scattered across your whole site. I build the architecture and the strategic direction for what goes where and why. The offer page and FAQ are built live; the rest of the ecosystem comes as architected stand-ins with written direction, and you populate the supporting content into those slots. So the structure and strategy are mine; the specific supporting content is yours to drop in.

Can I get more than one Offer Ecosystem?+

Yes — additional Offer Ecosystems are available as a paid add-on after your first. Most people start with one core offer and add more as they grow.

What's not included?+

Design assets — business cards, social templates, decks, that kind of thing — are out of scope by design. You get the complete, documented brand system and all your assets, built so you or your team can apply them to anything you need, whenever you need it. It's a deliberate handoff, not a gap: the system is built to travel.

What platform is my website built on?+

Showit. It gives you a fully custom, visually flexible site that's straightforward to maintain after handoff.

Do you handle the tech setup?+

Yes — domain connection, email, analytics, heatmap, pixel, CRM integrations, all of it. You're not left wiring things together yourself.

What about SEO?+

On-page SEO is included, with keyword research and integration — so your site is built to be found, not just built to look good.

04 — Investment

The payment.

How much is it?+

$33,500 paid in full. Or $36,850 split across the build if you'd rather spread it out.

Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes. You can secure your spot with a $2,000 deposit, complete the rest of your deposit before we start, then split the remainder across the build:

→$2,000 to secure your spot
→$16,425 to complete your deposit (bringing it to $18,425 — half the plan total), before your N&CA
→$9,212 at the midpoint of the build
→$9,213 before handoff
Is the $2,000 an extra charge?+

No — it's just the first piece of your deposit. It holds your spot so we can get started, and it doesn't change your plan total. Paying in full is $33,500; the plan totals $36,850 either way.

Why does the plan cost more than paying in full?+

Splitting the payments spreads things out over the build, and the plan reflects that. Paying in full is simply the lower number — if you can, it's the better deal.

05 — Support

After launch.

What happens after launch if something breaks?+

You get 30 days of technical support — website function, integration issues, minor adjustments, all covered. This is technical support, not ongoing business consulting: it's about keeping your site working, not strategy calls.

What's Mara?+

Mara is your AI support assistant, trained on your specific project. She's available 24/7 for project and onboarding questions — so if something comes up at an odd hour, you're not waiting on me to get an answer.

06 — The Real Questions

Is this actually going to work?

Does this really work for cold traffic — people who don't know me?+

Yes, and that's the whole point of the architecture. The old rule that "cold traffic can't buy high-ticket" assumes everyone needs months of warming up. But someone becomes ready to sign on the moment everything they need to decide is in front of them at once — the trust, your thinking, a clear picture of how you'd help them. The architecture is built to compress all of that into the moment they land, so a stranger can go from cold to convinced without a nurture cycle. You're not relying on luck about who shows up ready; you're building the thing that makes them ready.

Does the Offer Ecosystem actually work, or is it just a fancy name for a sales page?+

It's genuinely different, and the difference is what makes it work. A sales page can only ask — it can't build the belief the ask depends on, which is why cold traffic bounces off one. Your full website can build belief, but it lets people wander off in a dozen directions. The Offer Ecosystem is the only structure that does both: contained enough that nothing pulls focus from the decision, complete enough that everything needed to decide lives inside it. It warms and closes in one place. That's why it converts people a sales page never could.

This is a real investment. How do I know it's worth it?+

Fair question. The honest frame: this isn't a cost, it's infrastructure. Right now you're paying for your sales process anyway — in the 10–15 hours a week in DMs, the discovery calls that go nowhere, the launch scrambles, the ready-now clients you quietly lose because saying yes was too hard. That's the real price of the current setup, paid over and over. Fixing the architecture once pays off for years. It's the difference between renting your results through constant effort and owning a system that does the work.

What if I've been burned before by a designer who promised "strategy" and delivered generic work?+

Then you already understand the problem this exists to solve. Most premium designers have learned to say "strategy-first" and then deliver a pile of disconnected deliverables — a nice site, a nice brand, maybe nice copy, none of it actually connected to solving your selling problem. The difference here isn't the marketing language; it's that everything is built as one connected pipeline — strategy shaping brand, brand informing copy, copy structuring the design. The integration is the thing. You can judge it for yourself by what you're reading right now.

Will this actually sound like me, or like every other coach?+

Like you — that's the entire point of the copy work. It's sourced from your N&CA and your Brand Doctrine, run through your own thinking, not filled with the industry phrases everyone uses. You approve a sample before the full build, specifically so you can confirm it sounds like you before we go further.

Do I still have to do discovery calls?+

Only if you want to. The architecture is built so the page and the Offer Ecosystem do the convincing — they answer the doubts, build the trust, and clarify how you work. So calls become optional: some people book one just to connect before committing, but they show up already most of the way to yes. The call confirms; it doesn't convince. You're not stuck running back-to-back calls to close.

Do I have to keep doing live launches and cohorts?+

Not because of how you sell, no. A lot of coaches stay locked into live launches because they believe the urgency is the only thing that gets people to buy — so they're stuck on the webinar-and-launch treadmill. But that's a symptom of not having architecture that can sell without manufactured pressure. When the system converts on its own, live launches become a choice, not a survival mechanism.

Won't automating my sales make me seem impersonal or cold?+

It's a real fear, and it keeps a lot of good coaches stuck doing the high-touch things that drain them. But here's the reframe: taking the work off your potential clients — so they don't have to hunt, guess, and convince themselves — isn't impersonal. It's generous. The personal connection still happens, in the coaching itself and in the optional calls. What goes away is the draining part — the manual convincing that was never the real relationship anyway.

07 — The Thinking

The frameworks & the thinking.

What are the frameworks, exactly?+

They're the named models the whole system runs on — the Human-Designed Funnel (building for how people actually move, not a linear path), Momentum Buying (the ready-now client's path to yes), the Objection Matrix (answering doubts where they arise, woven through the copy), Binge & Buy (content architecture built so people can go deep on your thinking), and Method (building a trustable, showable method so a stranger can believe in the outcome before they know you). They're not tactics bolted on — they're the engine underneath everything that gets built.

Is this just standard sales advice repackaged with fancy names?+

Fair thing to check, especially if you've read a lot in this space. The honest answer: you can judge for yourself. The thinking behind all of this is laid out in depth — the frameworks, the reasoning, where it cuts against what's commonly taught. If it were repackaged common advice, you'd recognize it immediately. Read it and see whether it's saying something you haven't heard.

Can I see your thinking before I commit?+

Yes — and I'd encourage it. The full frameworks are written out in depth in the Sales Portal articles. Most of my best-fit clients read everything before they reach out; it's how they know we're a fit. If you're the kind of person who wants to understand the whole thing before you decide, that material is there for exactly that.

How is your thinking different from other designers or strategists?+

Most come at this as a design or marketing problem. I come at it as a selling problem, with a background in data and pattern recognition and years as a buyer in the coaching space myself. So the work isn't "make it pretty" or "add strategy-sounding language" — it's diagnosing why the yes isn't happening and building the architecture that fixes it. The difference shows up in the integration, and in the thinking you can read for yourself before committing.

08 — A Closer Look

You mention "the client who's ready now" and "the client who needs more time" — can you explain that more fully?

Sure — it's the idea the whole system is built around. Every audience holds two kinds of people. The client who's ready now can sign on the moment they find you — but "ready now" isn't a type of person who shows up pre-sold. It's a state someone enters when everything they need to say yes is present at once: the trust, your thinking, a clear picture of the solution, the sense that you're the one. Most of these clients don't arrive ready — they become ready in the moment, if the architecture puts it all in front of them. Miss even one piece, and they cool off into "maybe later."

The client who needs more time is the one who's still deciding — following you, warming up, not there yet. And here's the key: they eventually become the ready-now client, the moment something shifts and they're finally there. When that happens, the same architecture that turns strangers ready is waiting for them too.

So building for the ready-now client serves both. You capture the ones who arrive ready, you make ready the ones who could be, and you catch the ones who needed more time the instant they get there — instead of losing them to a slow funnel that wasn't ready when they were. That's the scaling unlock: you stop depending only on the warm audience you already have, and start converting the people who were never in it yet.
